We’re Dropper from Brooklyn, NY with some gritty and plucky songs that touch on the melancholy, absurd, and emotional notions of finding yourself, sometimes in-spite of yourself, and baring your truths (with cans of cheap beer).

Recorded with Andrija Tokic at The Bomb Shelter in Nashville pre-pandemic, our debut LP, "Don’t Talk to Me", centers on the ennui and spiritual exhaustion that comes with working in the service industry and participating in a local scene: the drinking, the late nights, the shallow friendships born over too many drinks and cigarettes.

We also spun up a label to get things rolling

Dirt Dog Records was born out of an apartment in LA, where Zachary Wright was stimulated by COVID-19 and an unexpected career shift, looking to get back to his number one love, music. He scrounged up whatever he could to purchase a few personal record collections, found a vacant commercial space nearby and began taking private appointments to flip records. It is very much in its infancy, but we’re coming together to release music that needs to be enjoyed–but most importantly to preserve it on vinyl.
